Raw Vegan Glorious Green Salad With Crispy Kale Chips
If you have ever tried dehydrated kale chips, you get the hype. They are so damn good! Especially these raw flavoured ones from Pure Snack. I love to eat them on their own, or sprinkle them on top of a green salad for some extra flavour and crunch. This salad is raw, vegan, oil free, gluten free, fresh, and delicious! My all-time favourite flavour from this kale chip collection is the dill & onion flavour- dill is one of my most loved herbs.

Ingredients
3 cups romaine lettuce
2 cups spinach
1 whole tomato mandolin sliced
1/2 capsicum mandolin sliced
1 cup minced coriander
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/2 an avocado
1 box of Pure Snack Probiotic Kale Chips (all flavours would go well with this recipe- I chose dill & onion)
juice of 1 whole lime
Optional- spice mix- Himalayan salt, pepper, garlic powder, chilli
1 tbsp of 'Pimp my Salad' Activated Super Seeds Sprinkles
Method
Wash & rinse all of your produce in 11.5pH Kangen water to remove any pesticides or herbicides (yes- organic produce is still sprayed ya'll!).
Chop up the lettuce & spinach in a large bowl, and then add the sliced tomato, capsicum, and coriander. Mix it all together well. Add your avocado and alfalfa sprouts last.
Squeeze the juice of your lime all over the salad as a dressing, and massage in. You can also add a crack of Himalyan salt, pepper, garlic powder & chilli, but this is optional.
Add as many kale chips as you'd like on top to decorate! I hid some kale chips underneath the salad, for a surprise crunch, and put them on top too :)
I also added some of the 'Pimp My Salad' Activated Super Seeds Sprinkles on top of the salad for more flavour & crunch!

Guys- we don't want any of that in our bodies! Pure Snack never uses any of these sneaky ingredients in their food, which I am deeply grateful for.
